What is Likerz and what is it good for?
Likerz
is a young family boutique winery, established in 2005 by two brothers
from Kfar Tavor in the mythological dairy building of Kfar Yehezkel,
beneath the Gilboa mountain. Even though the reasons for the winery
establishment are still mysterious (and being investigated by the
authorities), it is very clear that the main reason was the strong urge
to have people join the quality drinks drinkers'
circle.
The liqueurs and wines made in the winery contain natural ingredients
only. In Likerz there are no preservatives, extracts, colorings or taste
and scent substances.
There are already quality drinks – so what's new?
Aha! We think at the world is divided into two types of people – those
who enjoy drinking and those who will.
So why not give everyone a chance to try? And by saying everyone, we
mean everyone. Hence the prices. Famous quality liqueurs - Kahlua
(coffee), AfterShock (cinnamon), Amaretto (almonds), can be purchased at
the duty free shops for 20-30$ and more, for a 75cl bottle. And we
didn't even mention the prices in Israel (250 NIS for AfterShock…).
Oded (who's the "chief liqueurer") says that a shot of Limoncello after
every meal will make you feel umm…, but that's the liqueur talking out
of him… Actually he's right. And if one bottle costs like a meal in
McDonalds, or like a "shot" in your local bar, why not turn it into a
habit (and it's not a nasty one).
